Content engine, pricing and paywall, and a metered cloud AI tier bounded by a global spend ceiling so the free tier can never run away.

A native iOS app for a solar direct-sales organisation, replacing the web tool their field team was working around.

Doors, appointments and leads by seller and by team, live on the phone already in their hand. Found and fixed the sales-logic defects that had quietly made their reporting untrustworthy.

Product and quality ownership for an AI document-processing SaaS in a real-estate advisory firm.

Direction, pricing and go-to-market, plus the quality bar: testing output against real customer data and turning nine confirmed defects into the fix list development worked from.
